Agro-processing for Sustainable Development

institutions, government and non-government organisations from
within Jamaica, the Caribbean region, North and South America,
etc.
We gratefully acknowledge our colleagues who have made this
Conference possible with their research work and written
contributions. We would like as well to express our deep
appreciation to the Conference Organising Committee and those who
